Fr. Justus Musinguzi is a Ugandan ordained for the Catholic diocese of Butare in Rwanda. He holds doctorate degrees in Sacred Liturgy and Dogmatic Theology, from the Pontifical University of St. Anselm Rome. Currently, he is the Parochial Vicar at Holy Cross Parish Northeast Minneapolis.
